SBS Root-Resistant Bitumen Waterproofing Membrane
Elastomer-modified bitumen root-resistant waterproofing membrane is made from SBS-modified bitumen with imported chemical root inhibitors, coated on both sides with polyethylene film as a protective layer. This membrane provides waterproofing, root resistance, sediment filtration, soil retention, and water storage for plant growth, making it a multifunctional solution that integrates waterproofing, root-blocking, filtration, and water retention in a single product.

- Weather resistance: Excellent performance at high and low temperatures (up to 105 °C, down to –25 °C).

- High strength: Reinforced with premium long-fiber polyester base fabric, enhancing membrane durability and providing excellent puncture, tear, and rupture resistance.
- Excellent impermeability: Strong water resistance, capable of withstanding long-term underground hydrostatic pressure (0.3 MPa).
Scope of aplication
Suitable for green roofs, rooftop gardens, garage decks, and other landscaped building tops. Ideal for use in combination with KPA non-curing modified bitumen coatings.
