• Non-Curing:Maintains excellent self-healing, creep, and adhesive properties over extended periods. After bonding with membrane materials, it forms a seamless, gap-free composite coating-membrane system.
• Self-Healing:Compensates for deformation and extension of the substrate. Even if the waterproofing layer is damaged during construction, it can self-repair to maintain the continuous integrity of the coating film.
• Creep Property:The coating film actively adapts to substrate deformation and cracking, releases stress, repairs cracks, and seals T-joints of membrane overlaps.
• Adhesion: Forms seamless, full-surface adhesion with both the substrate and waterproofing materials, with bond strength unaffected by environmental conditions. When combined with the structural self-waterproofing layer, it creates a balanced rigid-flexible waterproofing system that effectively prevents water ingress.
• Ease of Application:High solid content allows the required thickness to be achieved in a single application. It can be applied via mechanical spraying or manual troweling, offering flexible and highly adaptable construction methods.
• Durability: Resistant to washout, extreme temperatures, and corrosion, with a service life matching that of the structure.

Scope of aplication

It is widely used for primary and secondary waterproofing protection in industrial and civil building foundations, basements, or roofs, as well as for primary protection in green roofs or roof slabs. It is particularly suitable for waterproofing applications in areas with complex construction conditions, challenging quality control, and a high risk of leakage.
